Grind 14 grams of coffee medium.
Place the prefolded filter as 3-layer side at the spout of Chemex carafe.
Rinse the filter with hot water. Make sure whole filter is wet. Get rid of the waste water without removing the filter.
Put 28 grams of freshly ground coffee on to filter and gently shake to level the surface.
Wet the coffee evenly with 56 grams of water. Wait for 30 seconds.
Add 392 grams of water.
